Hello Neighbors! Everyone is responsible to host their sale at their own address (unless you partner up individually.) To sign up to have your address included on the map provided by the HOA simply email secretary@tollgatewoods.org by Friday, May 18, 2012.  If you have specific items that you'd like advertised, please email me a list (include low res photos if you'd like) so we can include those items with our online advertising. Information we need:

• Your Name(s)
• Your Address
• Phone Number(s)
• Items you do want advertised (that will be available on the day of the sale) & low res photos

Last year we had 11 homeowners participate and LOTS of people came to our neighborhood for the sale. Please email me any questions & ideas to help promote the sale. If you are willing to help volunteer we need helpers to place the signs out on the surrounding streets and any additional online postings you know about. Hope to see you soon!

 

 

Two Tollgate Woods Board members have hired  Johnson Painting Company and been very pleased with their work. If you plan on having some painting done soon you might get a quote from Eric Hay. His work # is 248-442-7840 and cell # 734-718-5618.  Johnson Painting Company is insured and they do commercial work as well, IKEA is one of his accounts.
